Terms of service

These terms apply to the personal alerts bot @Crypto_sonar_alerts_bot. The bot shows the same text on /terms. The free Telegram channels are covered by the disclaimer.

Service: personal alerts from Crypto Sonar in your Telegram chat — whales, liquidations, volume, open interest, order book, volatility, funding, long/short, breakout setups, listings and pumps on crypto futures, each in its own topic with your own thresholds, limits and quiet hours.

Price: a paid subscription; the current price and the payment details are shown in the bot (/subscribe). Payments go in USDT (TRC20) to the owner (@sonarsite on Telegram). The bot does not accept money. Access is granted after the owner confirms the payment, usually within a day: press «I paid» and send the transaction hash.

Free trial: 3 days, once per Telegram account. After it ends, alerts pause; your settings stay.

Refunds: no refunds once access is granted. If the bot is down for more than 48 hours in a row, your access is extended by that time.

Failures: exchange and Telegram outages, network problems and maintenance can delay or drop alerts. The service is provided as is; the owner is not liable for losses from trading decisions.

Changes: prices and terms may change; paid periods already granted are not affected.
