Privacy policy

This policy describes what information Crypto Sonar (“we”) collects when you use this website and our Telegram channels.

Website

This site is static. We do not use cookies, do not run advertising trackers and do not collect personal data through forms.

We keep an anonymous visit counter. To count a visitor once per day it uses a short one-way fingerprint made from the IP address, the browser name and a random key that is replaced every day together with the list of fingerprints. The IP address itself is not stored and cannot be recovered from the fingerprint.

Our hosting provider records standard server logs (IP address, user agent, requested URL, timestamp) for security and operational purposes; these are retained for a limited period as set by the provider.

If enabled, we use a privacy-friendly, cookie-less analytics service that records aggregated page views, referrers and device type. It does not identify individual visitors and does not track you across other websites.

When you join one of our channels, Telegram makes your subscription visible to us only as an aggregate member count. We do not see your phone number and we do not collect member lists. Telegram's own privacy policy governs your use of the Telegram service.

If you message us on Telegram, we keep the conversation only as long as needed to reply.

Personal alerts bot

The same text is shown by the bot @Crypto_sonar_alerts_bot on /privacy.

What the bot stores: your Telegram ID, username and first name, language, time zone, quiet hours, alert settings and the topics it created in your chat, your access (until when and how it was granted), payment claims (network, transaction hash, date, status), the fact that you used the free trial, and your trade journal — the entries you made with «📝 I took this» (coin, direction, entry price, results after 1h, 4h and 24h).

Why: to deliver alerts the way you set them, to grant and extend access, to confirm payments, to show your trade journal results and to prevent a second free trial on the same account.

How long: settings, topics, profile and trade journal — until you delete them (/delete); payment records — 3 years (accounting); the trial mark — permanently; access records — while the service runs.

Who sees it: only the owner of Crypto Sonar. Nothing is sold or shared. The bot never asks for API keys, wallets or exchange accounts.

Market data is public data from the exchange. The bot does not read your other chats and keeps none of your messages except the data above.

Mini App: while you use the app, a copy of your Telegram profile data that Telegram passes to it (ID, name, username, language), your settings, access status and journal summary is kept on this website's hosting so the page can show it. It is deleted after an hour without use and right away after /delete. When the owner opens the admin screen, the list of subscribers and payment claims is kept there the same way — only during that session. Payment claims and data deletion from the app are confirmed only with a button in the chat.

Delete: /delete in the bot removes your settings, topics, profile and trade journal.

Donations

Donations are made directly on the TRON blockchain to our public address. Blockchain transactions are public by design; we do not link them to any personal information.

Your rights

You can leave any channel at any time. To ask what data we hold about you, or to have it deleted, message @sonarsite on Telegram.
